RISHIKESH

This past weekend, we went to the beautiful Northern Indian city of Rishikesh. It is known as the Yoga capital of the world and it's true. There are hundreds of Ashrams and places to do yoga. On our last day, we woke up early and went to yoga. The class was great, Indian yoga is very unique, it's not as forgiving if that makes sense. The teachers are very intense more mentally than physically which is interesting! We also went rafting on the Ganges river which was an experience! It was really fun and it was nice because Rishikesh is right by the mouth of the Ganges so the water is nice and clean. We swam all over in it and it was great, we'll all have good luck forever!! Most of all, we enjoyed the clean mountain air, we all thought it smelled like provo canyon. It was so nice to have no pollution and lots of mountians to enjoy! It was great, we absolutely loved it! Anyway I love you and all! Namaste!
